Property Misdescription Act 1991:

This act ensures that estate agents give potential purchasers accurate information about properties being marketed. The vendor must provide the Discount Property Shop with information about their property that is true and accurate. Furthermore the vendor must notify the Discount Property Shop immediately of any changes to the information originally provided. The Discount Property Shop also reserves the right not to publish any information provided by the vendor.

Estate Agency Act 1979:

Under the terms of the above act the Discount Property Shop are obligated to disclose whether any person who has an interest in this property is an estate agent, a relative or associate of an estate agent. You must inform us if you are any of the previous categories so we can make the relevant disclosure.
