Sale Price Agreed - Once the valuation has been carried out we will agree with you a below market value marketing price. Your Home Information Pack (HIP) will then be ordered.

Seen a Discounted Property - When you have seen a property that you are interested in, check the property’s full details on our website: www.discountpropertyshop.co.uk - you will then become aware of the sizeable discount offered.
Viewing Arranged - If you wish to view the property please call one of our sale consultants on 0845 423 8922 who will go through some questions with you and then liaise with the Sellers to set up a viewing. Once you have viewed the property we will then contact you to get your feedback.
Formal Offer Made - If you wish to offer on the property it will be formally presented to the Seller once you have been financially qualified. This is to ensure you can get a mortgage or have the funds for the property.
Offer Accepted, Solicitors Instructed and Timescales Agreed - If the Seller accepts your offer then solicitors will be instructed and the conveyancing process will begin. Timescales will be agreed at the outset between the Buyer and Seller.
