Home Information Packs (HIPs):
As of the 14th of December 2007 HIPs are legally required for any property that is “new” to the market. This includes both freehold and leasehold properties. The Discount Property Shop can provide HIPs to all of our sellers. We offer upfront payment HIPs and deferred payment HIPs. This is where the HIP is paid for on completion (or within 6 months from instruction), meaning no upfront cost to the seller.

Deferred 6 months Freehold £399
If your property is Leasehold then the above prices rise by an additional £50.
